How did you make the mayo? Found a recipe at This website (Recipe below though if you couldn't be arsed going to the website.
1 Combine one egg or two tablespoons of egg substitute, two teaspoons lemon juice, one teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 ground black pepper, and 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil or vegetable oil. Blend together about ten minutes.
2 Once all the ingredients are blended and are smooth, add 3/8 cup more of olive or vegetable oil until the mayonnaise is thickened. Taste and add salt to your liking. Makes one cup of mayonnaise. Refrigerate thirty minutes before serving to allow ingredients to blend.
It looks okay - I"ll know more tomorrow when I have my sandwich for lunch.
Also, I think the plastic tiara idea is awesome. I'll be sure to have a couple handy when you visit. *vbg*
Oh man, having a tiara is brilliant. I had some friends over to watch the Royal Wedding, which we did with as much class as you can wearing your pyjamas and a tiara from a $2 shop. One weekend my hair was annoying me and I didn't have a headband, so I grabbed the tiara. Seriously I cannot belive how much wearing it motivates me to do stuff around the house. I just know though that one day I shall be caught by someone and I'll never live it down.
